Mitigation Gas Detection System The Sensor Electronics gas detection system is being installed in Encore single family homes at Playa Vista. All buildings at Playa Vista are required to have a methane mitigation system including gas detectors in each structure. Sensor Electronics products were selected for this development because of superior product performance and no false alarms.
