Routine maintenance on the SEC Signature Process Gas Analyzer and SEC DIR Dual Gas Analyzer is to replace the filters. This Hydrophobic Filter Teflon® Fiberglass is a proprietary filter used specifically in the SEC DIR Dual Gas Analyzer and SEC Signature Process Gas Analyzer. Instructions to replace this filter can be found in the instruction manual.
