SEC 3100 ISO Repeater

The SEC 3100 ISO Repeater extends the distance and increases the number of devices to the RS-485 network. The SEC 3100 ISO Repeater provides a 1500V ground isolated RS485 interface. The SEC ISO Repeater is a bidirectional bitwise data translator specifically designed for the 9600 Baud Modbus interface. This is used by the SEC 3100/SEC 3500 gas detection equipment. The 3100 ISO Repeater isolates the interface from the ground noise interference. This extends the wiring distance, and allows more transmitters to be used on a single loop. It has an explosion proof housing for hazardous gas detection applications. The SEC 3100 ISO Repeater has three (3) NPT threaded connectors for mounting and wiring the sensor and transmitter into a permanent installation. 3100 ISO Repeaters operate on 24 VDC. There are three (3) LEDs that indicate activity on Channel 1, Channel 2 and the Power.
